GS Finance (“App”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is a digital loan application owned and operated by G.S. Leasing and Finance Private Limited, an RBI-registered Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, store, and protect user information in accordance with RBI guidelines, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and Google Play Personal Loan App policies.

Loan approval is not guaranteed and is subject to eligibility checks, verification, and internal credit assessment as per RBI guidelines.
Loan repayments are processed only through authorized payment gateways. The GS Finance app uses the following payment gateway SDKs strictly for user-initiated EMI repayments:
No card details, UPI IDs, net banking credentials, or OTPs are stored by GS Finance. All sensitive payment data is securely handled by the respective payment gateway providers.
Applicable charges, including processing fees (1% to 5% of loan amount plus applicable taxes) and late payment charges, are clearly disclosed in the app and loan agreement. No hidden or compound charges are applied.
Users may receive SMS, calls, emails, or WhatsApp messages strictly for transactional purposes such as loan updates, EMI reminders, payment confirmations, and support communication.
We do not sell, rent, or share user data with advertisers or marketing agencies.
Loan information may be reported to credit bureaus as required by law. Delayed or missed payments may negatively impact the user’s credit score.
We implement reasonable and industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect user data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
Loan-related data is retained for up to 5 years after loan closure, or longer if required under RBI guidelines or applicable laws.
By using the GS Finance app, users provide explicit consent for the collection and processing of their personal data. Users may withdraw consent by contacting support@gsfinance.in.
Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete user data. Data deletion requests may be submitted to support@gsfinance.in and will be processed in accordance with applicable laws.
Services are available only to individuals aged 21 years and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
GS Finance strictly follows RBI’s Fair Practices Code and ethical recovery practices.
GS Finance does not charge any advance or upfront fees for loan approval.
User information may be disclosed only when required by applicable law or legal process.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
